Saha Group joint venture with Japanese Toray Group, a manufacturer of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP)

On February 12th ,2016, General Surayud Chulanont, Privy Council member, presided over the inauguration of Magic Carbon (Thailand) Ltd., a joint venture of Saha Group and Toray of Japan. The company manufactures carbon fiber replacement plastics (CFRP) that are lightweight, strong, and more durable than aluminum to use as components of parts used in the automotive, aircraft and other industries. H.E. Mr. Shiro Sadoshima, Ambassador of Japan to Thailand and Mrs. Apiradi Tantraporn, Minister of Commerce congratulated the two groups with Mr. Boonsithi Chokwatana, Chairman of Saha Group and Mr. Akihiro Nikkaku, President of Toray Industries, Japan and welcoming the delegates to Saha Group Industrial Park Sriracha.
