SAHA Group and Dusit Thani Partner to Elevate Si Racha with Ultra-Luxury Japanese-Inspired Hotel and Serviced Apartments

Bangkok, Thailand – June 25, 2025 – Saha Tokyu Corporation (SAHA Group) and Dusit Thani Public Company Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop "Dusit Suite J-Park Si Racha," a new ultra-luxury hotel and serviced apartment complex. This collaboration aims to transform Si Racha into a premier international travel destination, offering a unique blend of Japanese-inspired design and Dusit Thani's renowned hospitality.

The project, which will be developed to Japanese standards, seeks to broaden J-Park Si Racha's appeal beyond its established Japanese clientele to attract both local and international markets.

Construction is slated to begin in July 2025, with the grand opening anticipated in 2028.”

Strategically located within a vital part of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) districts, Dusit Suite J-Park is situated on a prime piece of land surrounded by several industrial zones. It is also uniquely positioned adjacent to J-Park, a successful Japanese-themed community mall operated by SAHA Group.

Dusit Suite J-Park Si Racha will encompass a 12-story complex, comprising 195 guest rooms, each proportioned at over 50 square meters. The property will feature a comprehensive array of Japanese-inspired facilities, including dedicated restaurants, meeting rooms, spa with onsen, and a rejuvenating bathhouse complete with a sauna, catering to the needs of both short-term and long-stay guests.

This partnership between Saha Tokyu Corporation and Dusit Thani strengthens and elevates their shared mission to enhance their market position both domestically and internationally.
