SPI Partners with Focus Media to Sign MOU for Cross-Border Business Opportunities and Advance Strategic Advertising Media Across Southeast Asia

SPI has joined hands with its new partner, Focus Media (Thailand), by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to foster growth for both organizations. This collaboration aims to drive forward cross-border marketing opportunities and enhance brand communication capabilities in Thailand and across Asia.

Mr. Pipope Chokvathana, Director of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited (SPI), revealed that SPI has signed a business cooperation agreement with Focus Media (Thailand) Co., Ltd., to jointly promote strategic growth, expand business opportunities at the regional level, and open the door to sustainable collaboration across multiple dimensions—including marketing, public relations, and the exchange of knowledge within related industries. This will establish sustainable growth and support both SPI and Focus Media (Thailand) in playing an even more significant role in national and regional markets throughout Asia.

“This collaboration marks the beginning of knowledge and experience exchange between the two organizations. Both sides clearly see the mutual potential, especially in communication, brand promotion, and deep consumer reach in urban areas. We believe this partnership will be a significant step that will lead both organizations to grow strongly together and achieve growth across multiple dimensions in the future,” said Mr. Pipope.

On his part, Mr. Leon Yang, Chief Executive Officer of Focus Media (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated that Focus Media is a subsidiary of Focus Media Group from China, one of the leaders in indoor digital advertising. The company specializes in installing digital screens inside and outside elevators as well as in elevator lobbies in residential and office buildings. It currently operates a network of more than 15,000 screens in Thailand, reaching over 3.5 million viewers.
